MCC Overseas (M) Sdn Bhd (hereinafter referred to as “MCC Malaysia”) was registered and established on May 7, 1992. The second phase of The Face Hotel and Condominium project in Kuala Lumpur, also built by MCC Malaysia, set a new record for the highest score in QLASSIC, an engineering quality evaluation by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) of Malaysia, marking the first time in history that a foreign contractor broke this record. With the completion of several landmark projects, MCC Malaysia has accumulated rich experience in market development and project management, consistently achieving dual certification of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 37001 management systems for ten consecutive years, establishing MCC’s reputation in the Malaysian market for its super high-rise construction management capabilities.
