马来西亚公司实现区域业务版图全覆盖
成功中标沙巴州TRICONIC公寓总承包工程

6月8日，中冶海外马来西亚公司成功中标沙巴州TRICONIC公寓项目，该项目的成功签约标志着中冶海外在马来西亚业务版图实现了全覆盖。

TRICONIC公寓项目位于马来西亚沙巴州首府亚庇市，由KINSABINA集团开发，项目占地面积5英亩，计划建成3栋16层768户公寓，建筑总面积8万平方米，工期33个月，合同金额2.01亿马币，折合人民币3.2亿元。

沙巴州是马来西亚第二大州，位于东马加里曼丹岛东北部。目前，中冶海外在马来西亚以古晋和亚庇市为中心，构建了覆盖沙捞越再生能源走廊（SCORE）和沙巴发展走廊（SDC）区域发展框架，这种战略体系也为中冶海外进一步扩大马来西亚市场占有率和增强中冶品牌竞争力奠定了坚实基础。

On June 8th, MCC Overseas Malaysian SDN BHD won the general contract bid for TRICONIC Residential Apartment Project in Sabah, which is developed by KINSABINA Group.

The project is located in Kota Kinabalu, capital city of Sabah State, covering an area of 5 acres and it is planned to build three 16-storeyed buildings, which could accommodate totally 768 apartments, covering a construction area of 80,000 square meters. Contract value of the project reaches RM201 million (3.2 Billion RMB) and the construction is scheduled to last for 33 months.

Located in the northeastern part of Kalimantan, island of Borneo, Sabah State is the second largest state in Malaysia. The successful signing of this project marks the full coverage of the company’s business geographic presence in Malaysia.

Centering on Kuching and Kota Kinabalu, MCC Overseas (Malaysia) has developed a business framework covering Sarawak Renewable Energy Corridor and Sabah Development Corridor. Such framework has laid solid foundation for MCC to further expand its market share and enhance its brand competitiveness in Malaysia.
