Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To be able to Operates PABX telephone console to receive incoming calls, directing incoming phone calls, direct caller to destination and records caller name, time of call, nature of business, person called upon.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to assist and support the project team on aspects concerning quality issues at site through implementation of procedure and manual.
  • To monitor and analyze the level of quality achieved by project site, Collecting data and completion of records with respect to inspection and test required for Project Quality Control.
  • Responsible to assist project team and QA/QC Manager in establishing the Project Quality Plan and prepare any other quality report when required.
  • To assist the project team and QA Manager in maintaining and improving the quality system at project site.
  • To coordinate or witness the site inspection and testing activities.
  • To coordinate with the internal and external quality audits and follows up for closing the audit reports.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist Contract Manager in tendering and costing project.
  • Study tender drawings and prepare query list.
  • Type summarized Bill of Quantities provided (for tender where BQ is provided).
  • Taking off quantities for quantity check where Bill of Quantities are provided.
  • Taking of quantities for measured works where Bill of Quantities are not provided.
  • Send out price enquiries to domestic subcontractors.
  • Send out price enquiries to domestic suppliers for material.

  • To be responsible for planning, designing, coordinating, monitoring and commissioning projects assigned by the management.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To assist PM and Site Agent on the coordination of C&S and Architectural work on site.
  • To ensure implementation of the planned schedule is carried out.
  • To attend site meetings.
  • To liaise with Consultant’s representative and sub-contractor in aspect of construction related issues.

  • Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
  • Oversee full set of accounts.
  • Responsible for day to day financial operations, preparations of monthly accounts, budget, forecast cost management & cash flow.
