Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for the general accounting functions i.e. invoicing payments, data entries and filing with minimum supervision.
  • To prepare Bank and trade creditors reconciliation.
  • To input data for general ledger, debtor, creditor ledger, project ledger and cash book.
  • To be in charge of accounts payable or accounts receivable functions.
  • To assist in preparation and keying in journal vouchers.
  • To update and checking of sub-Contractor’s claims.
  • Co-ordinate with customers and suppliers on disputed invoices and resolving.
  • Responsible for the payment of rental of properties owned by the Company.
  • Monitoring of sundry wages and C.O.W OT list.
  • Monitoring of payment for office utilities, telephone, electricity, water. This will include company premises’ quit rent and assessment and maintenance charges.
  • To ensure the Integrated Management Systems procedures are implemented.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years working experience in similar filed is required.
• Must be computer literate, preferably with Accounting Software knowledge.
• Attentive to details, good analytical skills, positive and enthusiastic.
• Must be willing to work independently with minimal supervision.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage process of exchange and coordination of BIM model with consultants, clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead and drive BIM implementation in the company.
  • Responsible for BIM standards development and implementation.
  • Assist in developing and enforcing BIM documentation and workflow process standards.
  • Examine and evaluate the goals of the BIM process and develop a plan to fit the demands and desires of the client, the experience of the project team and the availability of resources.
  • Run and analyze clash detection on federated model
  • Communicate conflicts in model; both real and potential.
  • Create models including structure, interior and exterior architectural elements and MEP systems.
  • Assist project team with construction coordination and scheduling.
  • Coordinate in-house training of BIM/ Revit related system and software.
  • Actively promote advanced and innovative BIM-based methodologies.
  • Able to provide assistance from time to time as required for promoting BIM via presentation during tendering exercises.
  • To ensure the Integrated Management Systems procedures are implemented.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in Civil / Building Engineering works.
  • Must have an in-depth working knowledge of BIM.
  • Able to use BIM Model of Level of Development (Up to LOD500)
  • Preferably at least 5 years of BIM coordination or BIM management experience in design, engineering or construction firm or high-rise project.
  • Adequate experiences at least a full scale project completion.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Planning of Work Schedule (including the required materials). To arrange and update all construction drawings in a proper manner at the site office and liaise closely with the Project Manager / Contract Manager / QA/QC Manager for any updating drawings.
  • Review and check all construction drawings issued to the site and highlight any of the following via Request for Information.
  • Compile all Delivery Orders (DO) of all materials delivered to site.
  • Check every DO and confirm all the following data are in order:
    • Job Site Number
    • Project Title
    • Specification of the Material
    • Quantity and Quality of Material Delivered

 

  • Prepare monthly material scheduling to the Purchasing Department for ordering purposed via the Material Requisition Form.
  • To reject any delivery of material if any incorrect data on the D.O.s and invoices are observed, record in the Material Received Checklist and submit to HQ.
  • Acknowledge the site supervisor’s attendance and OT claim.
  • In charge of site petty cash.
  • Planning of Work Schedule (including the required materials) – fortnightly, monthly and monitoring daily site progress.
  • Lead and arrange all site supervisor’s daily activities.
  • Reporting site progress or stage completion to the Project Manager.
  • Ensure all documents at the site office are filled in a proper manner.
  • Liaise with Client’s representative (COW), nominated sub-contractor or domestic sub-contractor on related site activities.
  • Supervise and monitor sub-Contractors on works and quality control.
  • Ensure all machineries on site are used in a proper manner and ensure optimum usage.
  • Ensure proper labour and material control.
  • To coordinate and consult the construction team by providing related corrective solutions to be taken when safety issue occurs.
  • To investigate, manage, and analyses HSE report for the development of HSE improvement.
  • To comply with legal and other requirement applicable to the organization and projects.
  • To ensure the Integrated Management Systems procedures are implemented.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years site experience.
  • Ability to understand Architectural / Building Drawings
  • Able to work under pressure and proficient in liaising with Client, Consultants and all sub-contractors on project matters.
  • Must have knowledge and familiar on Sarawak JKR Spec and Requirements
  • Must able to speak and write in Chinese

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handle preliminary design, design development and detail design.
  • Prepare design and technical documentation for tender submission.
  • Attend, manage, make presentation and coordinate meetings with client, consultants and contractors.
  • Handles multiple project deadlines for pre and post contract.
  • Handle detailing and working drawings.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • To perform other works as and when instructed by superior.
  • To ensure the Integrated Management Systems procedures are implemented.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in design and/or construction in handling high rise building / mixed development / residential / industrial projects.
  • Good knowledge in Structural Design Software, AutoCAD, Microsoft office, etc.
  • Conversant with local design codes, regulations and specification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (optional).
