Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Deputy Manager / Manager and project team in providing support in procurement administration, cost and contract processes.
  • Assisting in processing of claims, contract payment, monitoring of project variations and settlement of final accounts as well as maintaining proper documentation.
  • Prepare tender and contract documents in accordance to the building and construction regulations. Conducting the negotiations during the course of the project as well as evaluation of price comparison summary to ensure best commercial advantage for the company.
  • Control project scope to meet project objectives in order to enhance project deliverables and key work activities. Especially in contractual claims.
  • To form cost reduction strategies to ensure the overall value is enhanced for the project as well as the ability to challenge resources and costs.
  • To Prepare and agree interim valuations at the agreed dates to gain the best commercial advantage for the company.
  • To assist in EOT claims preparation.
  • Ability to target and maintaining deadlines in line with monthly commercial calendar.
  • Working closely with Finance & commercial in maximizing profit on the contracts.
  • To ensure the Integrated Management Systems procedures are implemented.

Requirements:

  • Malaysian
  • Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in construction industry
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Details oriented, aggressive, able to work under pressure, good follow up and organizing skills.
  • Required skill(s): AutoCAD, Glodon Software

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for the general accounting functions i.e. invoicing payments, data entries and filing with minimum supervision.
  • To prepare Bank and trade creditors reconciliation.
  • To input data for general ledger, debtor, creditor ledger, project ledger and cash book.
  • To be in charge of accounts payable or accounts receivable functions.
  • To assist in preparation and keying in journal vouchers.
  • To update and checking of sub-Contractor’s claims.
  • Co-ordinate with customers and suppliers on disputed invoices and resolving.
  • Responsible for the payment of rental of properties owned by the Company.
  • Monitoring of sundry wages and C.O.W OT list.
  • Monitoring of payment for office utilities, telephone, electricity, water. This will include company premises’ quit rent and assessment and maintenance charges.

Requirements:

  •  Malaysian
  • Diploma in Accounting Related
  • Prefer candidate with knowledge of project accounting
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Details oriented, aggressive, able to work under pressure, good follow up and organizing skills.
  • Mandarin speaking candidate is required due to need to communicate with contractors from China

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Performing property market research and advice management on the risk of investment.
  • Responsible for pre-development stage such as feasibility studies, market studies, commercial negotiation etc.
  • Coordinate and liaise with professional value in determining the property value.
  • Estimating Gross Development Value (GDV) and Gross development Cost (GDC) of a development.
  • Update on the development regulation and impact on overall development.
  • Propose a viable commercial plan for joint development life cycle.
  • Preparing cash flow projection of a development life cycle.
  • To support Strategy Department in business development, i.e. seeking construction and property development opportunities in the market and carry out relevant research for reporting to the management and HQ.
  • Assist in tendering and costing project.
  • General filing and prepare records of tendering.
  • To ensure the Integrated Management Systems procedures are implemented.

Requirements:

  • Malaysian
  • Degree in Economics or Engineering Related
  • At least 5 years experience in construction projects.
  • Details oriented, aggressive, able to work under pressure, good follow up and organizing skills.
  • Mandarin speaking candidate is required due to need to communicate with contractors from China
