On 20 January 2020, MCC Overseas (M) Sdn Bhd successfully won a project named “Quinn Residences” within the precinct of Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. The project is developed by MCL Land, a Singapore based developer owned by Hongkong Land which owned numerous prestigious commercial assets in the central business district of Beijing, Hong Kong, Singapore etc.

Quinn Residences sits on  1.68 acres of land next to Sri Rampai LRT Station comprising of 1 block of 43-storey serviced apartments total 361 units and a block of 8-storey car park podium. The scope of work includes site clearance, earthworks, piling, substructure and main building works. The total construction area is 60,000 square meters with a construction period of 35 months.
